New Modern Home Ocean Views &Spa

My wife and I were hosting a family reunion where we needed a large home for 8 and an even larger area for cooking and eating as we were 13 for a couple of dinners. The house was the perfect venue for our gathering. This is a tri-level house. The three bedrooms on the first floor are beautifully appointed. The master bedroom is quite stunning. Each bedroom has it's own bath and the hot tub is located just outside in a covered patio. The main floor has the 4th bedroom with it's own bath and there is also a half bath for everyone's use. The living area is huge, has a covered deck that is northwest facing with a lovely couch to sit on. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving dishes, has a humongous refrig, and is open to the living room so conversations can happen. The third level has a terrific view to the Pacific Ocean, a grill, tables and chairs, and a lovely couch for chats and viewing. There are also two BBQs, one on the second level and one on the third. If you're looking for a home with attention to detail and a host who is very responsive, this one is for you.
